At Tri-County Schools Insurance Group (TCSIG), we pride ourselves on the quality health and wellness programs offered to participants. We provide programs that span the full spectrum of health so there is something for everyone. From access to doctors over the phone to biometric screenings that allow you to truly own your health, TCSIG’s wellness programs make it easier than ever to maintain your health. Many programs are completely free, so the only thing left to do is get started!
Medical
Tri-County Schools Insurance Group is a non-profit, joint powers authority working to the mutual advantage of employers and employees by providing each district, county office of education or other public entity health care options, while maintaining the most comprehensive and affordable health care coverage available.
Wellness Center
The TCSIG Wellness Center, managed by Acorn Health Group, is located in Yuba City. Members can receive various healthcare services at no cost, including routine physicals, treatment for cold and flu symptoms, and management of chronic illnesses. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 530.822.5500. The Wellness Center operates from Monday to Friday, with extended hours, and limited hours on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays and for a brief period on the second Tuesday of every month.

Dental
Tri-County Schools Insurance Group offers two dental programs through Delta Dental of California. The first plan is Delta Premier, which covers a percentage of approved fees for various dental benefits, increasing each year. The second option is Delta Preferred Option (DPO), where Delta pays 100% of approved fees if services are provided by a participating dentist. Additionally, they offer a BrushSmart oral wellness program with personalized solutions, discounts on Philips Sonicare products, and oral care tips to improve dental care routines. It's important to maintain good oral hygiene to prevent dental problems and ensure optimal dental care.
Vision
Tri-County Schools Insurance Group provides three comprehensive Vision plans. For VSP Vision, you can contact their customer service at 800-877-7195. The plans offer varying copayment amounts and include a frame allowance of $150 with a 20% discount on any frame exceeding the allowance. There is also a contact lens allowance of $150. To access your personal benefit information, you can register online at VSP.
Mental Health / EAP
Tri-County Schools Insurance Group (TCSIG) has partnered with Anthem Blue Cross to offer a comprehensive Mental Health network and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to its members. If your current provider is not part of the Anthem network, you can encourage them to contact Anthem Provider Services at (888) 252-2680 or visit the Anthem website to become a participating provider. Prescription RX
Carelon Rx's Prescription Co-Pay Structure offers convenient and cost-effective options for obtaining medications. With retail pharmacy, pay copays ranging from $5 for generic to maximums of $35 for preferred brand and $70 for non-preferred brand. For a 90-day supply, copays are $10 for generic and $50 to $90 for brand name drugs. Mail order pharmacy is also available for long-term medications. Brand name drugs can be chosen, but price differences and copays apply, unless approved by Carelon Rx's clinical pharmacists.
Chiropractic Services
To access your benefits and find a provider, use the TCSIG website. If your current provider is not listed, notify TCSIG via email. You can choose a contracted provider, schedule an appointment directly with PhysMetrics, and pay your co-payment or charges accordingly. Consumer Driven Health Plan participants have specific payment requirements.
Life
The Value-Added Service provided by Voya's Group Life insurance includes emergency travel assistance for employees and dependents. It offers immediate access to medical services while traveling, a global network of medical providers, and payment for arranged assistance. Voluntary Term Life Insurance is also available, with coverage options for employees, spouses, and children, including age reductions for benefit amounts at certain ages.
